THE SUGARHOUSE Warm steam. Sweetness in the air. Golden bubbles in the pan. In the sugarhouse is where we take the sap gathered from our trees and craft it into delicious maple syrup. Organic-certified ensures that we are producing the highest-quality with no additives. Outside our sugarhouse, the rolling Vermont hills are full of beautiful, majestic maple trees. In the early spring as the temperatures warm, the sap begins to run and we spend our days (& nights) collecting, boiling, and packaging nature's sweetness.
